HOW TO MAKE JAGGERY SYRUP/ HOW TO MELT JAGGERY/ HOME MADE JAGGERY SYRUP
Ingredients
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup
Directions
- Step 1 Add the crushed jaggery in pan
- Step 2 Add 1/2 Cup water
- Step 3 Heat the crushed jaggery for 3-5 minutes until it melts completely.
- Step 4 Lets the jaggery to disolve completely
- Step 5 Remove from the heat and strain the jaggery syrup in another vessel.
- Step 6 Heat the strained Jaggery again
- Step 7 Keep stirring while boiling.
- Step 8 Boil for five minutes till it reaches sticky consistency.
- Step 9 Cool it and transfer to the container .
- Step 10 Store it in the refrigerator. You could use whenever needed.
