Ingredients
- Prawns / Shrimps - 500 gram
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Curry leaves -few
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Green chilies - 2 chopped
- Corn flour - 1tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add cleaned prawns
- Step 2 Add red chili powder
- Step 3 Add coriander powder
- Step 4 Add garam masala powder
- Step 5 Add black pepper powder
- Step 6 Add turmeric powder
- Step 7 Add Salt – to taste
- Step 8 Add ginger garlic paste
- Step 9 Add chopped curry leaves
- Step 10 Add chopped green chillies and mix it well
- Step 11 Add corn flour
- Step 12 Add rice flour and mix it well
- Step 13 Let it marinate for one hours
- Step 14 Drop the masala coated prawns one by one into the medium hot oil.
- Step 15 Stir continuously and fry 5 to 8 minutes until turns golden and crisp.
- Step 16 Drain off the prawn over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Step 17 Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
