Ingredients
- Chicken legs -2
- Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt) - ¼ cup
- Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (Haldi)-¼ tsp
- Cashew nuts paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder (Jeera) -½ tsp
- Garam masala powder -½ tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Salt -to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add hung curd
- Step 2 Add fresh cream
- Step 3 Add ginger garlic paste
- Step 4 Add turmeric powder
- Step 5 Add garam masala powder
- Step 6 Add red chilli powder
- Step 7 Add coriander powder
- Step 8 Add pepper powder
- Step 9 Add lemon juice
- Step 10 Add cumin powder
- Step 11 Add salt
- Step 12 Add cashew nuts paste and mix it well to blend.
- Step 13 Add cleaned chicken pieces to this masala and mix it well
- Step 14 Keep it aside for about 1 hour.
- Step 15 Heat a pan, and add butter
- Step 16 Place the marinated chicken pieces
- Step 17 Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Step 18 Cook it on both sides until it turns a golden color and crisp.
- Step 19 Serve Kalmi Kebab hot along with lemon wedges and Pudina Dahi Chutney.
