Delicious, flavourful, hot & spicy crunchy chicken dish can be prepared in street style. Pakora| Pakoda is most commonly refers to onion pakoda which is deep-fried in oil. Similarly Chicken pakoda|pakora is just an enhanced version of that. These are addictively delicious and flavor-packed bites with tender and juiciness. Fry the Chicken pakoda|pakora in medium flame. If you fry in high flame, it will brown them too quickly outside without cooking inside. If you fry in extremely low flame, it will make it very hard. Rice flour gives crispness to the dish. Do not make too much moisture in the mixture. It will make chicken pokoda very soft. If you see more moisture, just add little rice flour to fix it.

Ingredients
- Chicken - 250 gms(small pieces with bones/boneless)
- Oil for deep frying
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder- ½ tsp
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
- Chopped curry leaves- 1 tsp
- Gram flourBesan Chickpea flour- ½ cup
- Rice flour- 2 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Water- 4 tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add cleaned chicken
- Step 2 Add lemon juice
- Step 3 Add ginger-garlic paste
- Step 4 Add Salt to taste
- Step 5 Add finely chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Add chopped green chili
- Step 7 Add finely chopped curry leaves
- Step 8 Add besan flour
- Step 9 Add rice flour
- Step 10 Add red chili powder
- Step 11 Add cumin powder
- Step 12 Add garam masala powder
- Step 13 Add oil
- Step 14 Add water and mix it well
- Step 15 Let it marinate for 2 hours
- Step 16 Drop the masala coated chicken one by one into the medium hot oil.
- Step 17 Stir occasionally and fry 6 to 8 minutes until turns golden and crisp.
- Step 18 Drain off the chicken over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Step 19 Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.

4. Add salt to taste
5. Add finely chopped coriander leaves
6. Add chopped green chili
7. Add finely chopped curry leaves
8. Add besan flour
9. Add rice flour
10. Add red chili powder
11. Add cumin powder
12. Add garam masala powder
13. Add oil
14. Add water and mix it well
15. Let it marinate for 2 hours
16. Drop the masala coated chicken one by one into the medium hot oil.
17. Stir occasionally and fry 6 to 8 minutes until turns golden and crisp.
18. Drain off the chicken over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
19. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
