Vegetable Noodles |Indo-chinese noodles | Veg Hakka noodles preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. Vegetable noodles are quick and easy to make Chinese dishes. Noodles have been a popular choice for many Indian’s when it comes to indo-Chinese recipes. It’s is a perfect snack or main course and for hosting great parties. Its typical preparation is boiled noodles are tossed with garlic, ginger, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and spices that gives its signature and taste and texture. The flavors of the noodles made in Chinese restaurants or takeaways are so intense & are very hard to create the same at home. Big burners, large woks, and making individual servings are the main factors for the restaurant noodles to be so flavourful. But still, you can make an almost a similar dish at home by following this recipe. I have not used MSG (monosodium glutamate) or Ajinomoto in this recipe. If you prefer spicy, add pepper.
