Tomato Gravy/Thakkali kulambu is suitable gravy for Rice, idli and Dosa. Due to the natures of tomato, it will bring little sour taste to the gravy. In this recipe, I have used drumsticks to more flavours. If you don’t like drumstick, you can avoid it. Serve this recipe with Rice and Banana Stem stir fry.
