Crispy corn is very yummy evening snack for kids. Corn is a common food around the world and a variety of corn snacks can be found in every corner of the Indian cities. To make crispy corn, don’t use the frozen or younger corn. Use the corns that are plump and firm to make it crispy. While frying the corn, ensure that you are using splatter screen since corns kernel can splash the oil on you.

Ingredients
- Sweet Corn- 2 Cups
- Cornflour -4 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder(jeera powder) - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder(Lal Mirch powder) - 1/2 tsp
- Onion– 1 chopped finely
- Fresh coriander -2 tbsp finely chopped
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Oil for Frying Corn
- Water for Boiling Corn
- Salt to Taste
Directions
- Step 1 Take a bowl and boil the water.
- Step 2 Add sweet corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Drain the water and transfer the corn kernels to the bowl.
- Step 4 Add cornflour and salt. Mix it well.
- Step 5 Deep fry the corn kernels on medium heat oil.
- Step 6 Transfer to a bowl
- Step 7 Add chilli powder.
- Step 8 Add cumin powder
- Step 9 Add chaat masala and mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Step 10 Before Serving
- Step 11 Add lemon juice and add chopped onion.
- Step 12 Add chopped coriander and toss it well.
- Step 13 Sprinkle masala mix and toss it well.
- Step 14 crispy corn is ready to be served
