Instant Wheat Kara Dosa/ Instant Wheat Crispy Kara Dosa / Godhumai Dosa preparation with step by step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat (Muzhu Godhumai) - 1 cup
- Red chilli - 2
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Take a bowl and add Whole wheat (Muzhu Godhumai)
- Step 2 Add water
- Step 3 Soak it for 5 minutes and drain the water
- Step 4 Drain Whole wheat (Muzhu Godhumai) from water and place it in the mixer
- Step 5 Add red chilli
- Step 6 Add jeera and grind smooth paste.
- Step 7 Pour the ground batter in a vessel. Add salt and mix it well. Check for consistency and add more water if required.
- Step 8 Pour the dosa batter over hot tawa.
- Step 9 Spread it in a circular motion thin circle.
- Step 10 Drizzle oil over the sides and middle
- Step 11 Flip to other side and cook for a min turn again flip over and fold it.
- Step 12 Serve instant wheat dosa with coconut chutney.
