Ingredients
- Paneer - 200g
- Corn Starch - 2 tbsp
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Rice Flour - ¼ th cup
- Black Pepper - 2 tsp
- Oil - to deep fry
- Dry Red Chilli -2
- Onion - 1diced
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Chat Masala - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Water - ¼ th cup
- Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add cornflour
- Step 2 Add maida
- Step 3 Add red chilli powder
- Step 4 Add salt
- Step 5 Add water and mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Step 6 Take a plate and add rice flour.
- Step 7 Add crushed black pepper and mix it well.
- Step 8 Take a panner cube and add it cornflour slurry. Mix it well.
- Step 9 Take out the paneer cubes and coat it using rice flour mix.
- Step 10 Deep fry the paneer cubes in hot oil and stir occasionally.
- Step 11 Once it turned to golden & crisp, drain out from oil. Keep it aside.
- Step 12 Take a frying pan and add oil.
- Step 13 Add red chillies
- Step 14 Add onion cubes and sauce it well.
- Step 15 Add salt, red chilli powder and chat masala. Mix it well.
- Step 16 Add fried panner cubes and mix it gently.
- Step 17 Serve the crispy pepper panner hot.
