Ingredients
- Prawns - 500 gram
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder (Manjal Podi)-½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Oil -1tbsp
- Onion -1 sliced thinly
- Green Chili - 2 slit
- Curry Leaves -a sprig
- Bell Pepper / Capsicum - 1 sliced thinly
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
- Fresh Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add cleaned prawns
- Step 2 Add ginger garlic paste
- Step 3 Add redchili powder
- Step 4 Add salt
- Step 5 Add turmeric powder
- Step 6 Add oil and mix it well
- Step 7 Marinate it for 15 minutes
- Step 8 Take a pan and add oil
- Step 9 Add the marinated prawns
- Step 10 Let it cook for 2 mins until it is half cooked, turns pink and curls.
- Step 11 Remove the prawns alone in a bowl leaving any of the juices in the Kadai.
- Step 12 Add chopped onion and saute it well
- Step 13 Add green chili
- Step 14 Add curry leaves and saute it well
- Step 15 Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute
- Step 16 Add thinly sliced capsicum and saute it well
- Step 17 Add half cooked prawn and saute it well
- Step 18 Add garam masala and salt and saute it well
- Step 19 Cover the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Step 20 Add pepper powder and mix it well
- Step 21 Add chopped spring onion and saute it well
- Step 22 Serve it with rice or chapati.

6. Add oil and mix it well
