Onion samosa recipe | Irani samosa recipe | Patti samosa recipe preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. I love onion samosa from childhood. Aloo samosa is quite famous in most places. But in south India, particularly in Tamilnadu, you can find onion samosa in most of the tea shops, school/college canteens, railway stations, bus stands, and even in parks. In Karnataka also. I see the onion samosa is quite famous. During the Ramzan period, people breakfasting by having onion samosa and soup. This recipe is also known as Irani samosa because of its sold in Irani cafes. You could also make smaller triangle shapes to make mini samosa. Unlike aloo samosa, this is quite easy and straight forward.
