Spicy & Tangy fish gravy is a perfect side dish for white rice/red rice and mostly preferred for lunch. Have you tried fish gravy using Catla/Katla fish? Catla is freshwater fish and it’s native to rivers and lakes. It’s an oily fish and rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids which helps to prevent the heart disease. This fish taste is mostly similar to Rohu fish. It has plenty of bones but less than Rohu fish. We have to be very careful while giving to kids.
