Ingredients
- Puffed rice/ Pori/Murmura -2 cups
- Moor milagai(Sun Dried Chillies) - 4
- Peanuts- 3 tbsp , roasted
- Fried gram(Pottukadalai) - 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves -few
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Sambar powder - 2 tsp
- Hing - a generous pinch
- Garlic pods- 5
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan and add oil
- Step 2 Add mustard seed
- Step 3 Add cumin seed and let it splutter
- Step 4 Add moor milagai(Sun Dried Chillies) and saute it well
- Step 5 Add curry leaves
- Step 6 Add crushed garlic and saute it well
- Step 7 Add turmeric powder
- Step 8 Add asafoetida(hing)
- Step 9 Add sambar powder and saute it for a minute
- Step 10 Add fried gram(Pottukadalai)
- Step 11 Add roasted peanuts and saute it well
- Step 12 Add puffed rice/ pori/murmura and mix it well until spices coated well
- Step 13 Crunchy guilt free snack is ready to serve
