Mango lassi is a very famous Indian drink. I have used Alphonso mangos as it’s known for delicious taste. Lassi is highly recommended as it contains healthy bacteria which prevents stomach bloats. Mango’s also helps to keep your body hydrated. That’s why in summer, Mango session starts.

Ingredients
- Mangoes chopped – 1 cup
- Thick Curd(Yogurt) – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Icecubes –few
- Chopped nuts – for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 Add mango pieces
- Step 2 Add sugar
- Step 3 Add Thick Curd(Yogurt) .
- Step 4 Add ice cubes in a mixer/blender. If using a mixer then use the whip option. Keep on whip it until it becomes smooth.
- Step 5 Adjust the water according to the thickness of the lassi. Check for sweetness and add more sugar if you want.
- Step 6 Garnish with nuts & Serve chilled.
