Ingredients
- Broccoli -1 small floret
- Big Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Sambar powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil -1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a bowl and boil water. Add broccoli florets
- Step 2 Add turmeric powder.
- Step 3 Add salt and mix it well.
- Step 4 Cook for 3 minutes.
- Step 5 Drain the broccoli and keep it aside
- Step 6 Take a pan to add oil.
- Step 7 Add mustard seed and let it splutter.
- Step 8 Add cumin seed.
- Step 9 Add chopped onion and saute until slightly browned.
- Step 10 Add chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Saute it well
- Step 11 Add sambar powder and salt. Saute it well
- Step 12 Add boiled broccoli florets and saute it well
- Step 13 Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes until the spice powders are blended.
- Step 14 Broccoli Stir fry is ready to serve.
