Green chutney will be prepared using coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to marinate the chicken. Since we do shallow fry, it is very gentle to the stomach. It is just another finger-licking chicken starter.

Ingredients
- Chicken -½ kg
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Garam masala powder -1 tsp
- Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)-½ tsp
- Cumin powder (Jeera) -½ tsp
- Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)-½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- To grind
- Coriander (Dhania) Leaves -1 cup
- Mint Leaves (Pudina) -1 cup
- Green Chilli -3
- Garlic - 4
- Ginger - ½ inch
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixer jar and add mint leaves
- Step 2 Add coriander leaves
- Step 3 Add garlic
- Step 4 Add ginger
- Step 5 Add green chili and grind smooth paste by adding a little amount of water.
- Step 6 Take a mixing bowl and add prepared green chutney
- Step 7 Add hung curd
- Step 8 Add garam masala powder
- Step 9 Add red chilli powder
- Step 10 Add coriander powder
- Step 11 Add amchur powder
- Step 12 Add lemon juice
- Step 13 add salt
- Step 14 add cumin powder and mix it well
- Step 15 Add cleaned chicken pieces to this hariyali masala and mix it well
- Step 16 Keep it aside for about 1 hour.
- Step 17 Heat a pan, and add butter
- Step 18 Place the marinated chicken pieces
- Step 19 Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Step 20 Cook it on both sides until it turns a golden color and crisp.
- Step 21 Serve Hariyali Chicken Tikka hot along with lemon wedges and Pudina Dahi Chutney.
