  • Kellogg's Special K Cereal -1 cup
  • Milk- 1½ cup
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
  • Almonds -1 tbsp, Shredded
  • Banana -¼ cup
  • Apple -¼ cup
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add Kellogg’s Special K Cereal
  • Step 2 Add chopped Apple
  • Step 3 Add chopped banana
  • Step 4 Add milk(Hot or cold)
  • Step 5 Add honey
  • Step 6 Add flaxseed
  • Step 7 Add shredded almonds and mix it well
  • Step 8 Serve yummy and healthy breakfast
