It doesn’t need to be always leftover, you could also prepare both veg salna & chapati and give a try. Veg salna/non-veg salna is a must as it gives great flavor.

Ingredients
- Chapathi-6
- Egg-3
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green chili -1, chopped
- Coriander Leaves-1 tbsp
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Mustard-½ tsp
- Tomato - 1 medium-sized chopped
- Pepper powder -1 tsp
- Vegetable salna - 1 cup
- Curry Leaves - a small sprig
Directions
- Step 1 Take a chapati and make it roll and cut strips
- Step 2 Add chopped chapati to the mixer and just one short pulse. keep it aside
- Step 3 Take a pan and add oil
- Step 4 add mustard seed and let it splutter
- Step 5 Add onion and saute it well
- Step 6 Add green chili
- Step 7 Add curry leaves and saute it well
- Step 8 Add chopped tomato and saute it well
- Step 9 Add salt and saute it well
- Step 10 Add egg and mix for few minutes
- Step 11 Add pepper powder and mix it well.
- Step 12 Once egg raw smell leaves, add vegetable salna (You could also try with non-veg chalna as per your preference)
- Step 13 Add crushed chapathi and mix it well
- Step 14 Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
- Step 15 Add chopped coriander and mix it well
- Step 16 Serve yummy and tasty hotel-style egg kothu chapathi
