Barbecued Lamb Liver | BBQ Lamb Liver preparation with step by step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Liver -250gm (cut into cubes)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion paste - 1 tbsp
- Yoghurt(Dahi)-2 tbsp
- Red chili powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin (jeera)- ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Carom(ajwain)-½ tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 150 degree celsius
- Step 2 Take a mixing bowl and add cubed liver
- Step 3 Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well
- Step 4 Marinate for one hour
- Step 5 Add yoghurt(dahi)
- Step 6 Add onion paste
- Step 7 Add coriander leaves
- Step 8 Add turmeric powder
- Step 9 Add jeera
- Step 10 Add red chilli powder
- Step 11 Add garam masala powder
- Step 12 Add carom(ajwain)
- Step 13 Add dry fenugreek leaves(kasoori methi)
- Step 14 Add salt to taste
- Step 15 Add oil and mix it well
- Step 16 Marinate for at least 2 hours
- Step 17 Thread the cubes gently onto the skewers
- Step 18 Add oil
- Step 19 In Oven, cook in 150 °C degree celsius or 300-degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. After 10mins, pause oven and drain excess liquids, add masala paste once again and roast it for 5 minutes till cooked through.
- Step 20 Serve it with green chutney/onion.

14. Add oil and mix it well
15. Marinate for at least 2 hours
16.Thread the cubes gently onto the skewers
17. Add oil
18. In Oven, cook in 150 °C degree celsius or 300-degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. After 10mins, pause oven and drain excess liquids, add masala paste once again and roast it for 5 minutes till cooked through.
19. Serve it with green chutney/onion.
