Ingredients
- Mathi Fish (Sardine) - 1kg
- Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Sambar powder - 2 tsp
- Normal red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and red chilli powder
- Step 2 Add Kashmiri red chilly powder
- Step 3 Add sambar powder
- Step 4 Add turmeric powder
- Step 5 add salt to taste
- Step 6 Add ginger garlic paste
- Step 7 Add lemon juice and mix it well
- Step 8 Add little bit of water and mix it well
- Step 9 Add cleaned fish pieces and mix it gently
- Step 10 Cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 11 Take a tawa and add oil.
- Step 12 Drop the masala coated fish one by one into the medium-hot .
- Step 13 Roast in medium flame and keep rotating in between.
- Step 14 Roast all sides gently, making sure that it doesn’t burn.
- Step 15 Yummy mathi Tawa fish fry is ready to serve.
