Ingredients
- Milk - 3 cups +3 tbsp
- Custard Powder(Vanilla flavoured) - 3 tbsp
- Sugar -¼ cup
- Pomegranate -¼ cup
- Banana -¼ cup
- Apple -¼ cup
- Mango -¼ cup
- Vanilla Extract -1 tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan and add milk. Stir occasionally until milk brings to boil
- Step 2 add sugar and mix it well until sugar dissolve
- Step 3 Take a bowl and add custard powder
- Step 4 Add cold milk and mix it well without lumps
- Step 5 Pour the prepared custard mixture and mix it well
- Step 6 Add vanilla extract and mix it well
- Step 7 Once milk changes the color and transfer to the bowl and let it cool completely
- Step 8 Add pomegranate seeds
- Step 9 Add chopped banana
- Step 10 Add chopped apple
- Step 11 Add chopped mango
- Step 12 Chill for 1 hour or more.
- Step 13 Once the custard fruit salad has chilled, it turns more thick and creamy.
- Step 14 Serve chilled fruit custard.
