- Kellogg's Special K Cereal -1 cup
- Milk- 1½ cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
- Almonds -1 tbsp, Shredded
- Banana -¼ cup
- Apple -¼ cup
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add Kellogg’s Special K Cereal
- Step 2 Add chopped Apple
- Step 3 Add chopped banana
- Step 4 Add milk(Hot or cold)
- Step 5 Add honey
- Step 6 Add flaxseed
- Step 7 Add shredded almonds and mix it well
- Step 8 Serve yummy and healthy breakfast
