Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour -120 gm
- Clarified Butter (Ghee) -70 gm
- Organic Sugar -80 gm
- Baking Powder -½ tsp
- Milk -2 tbsp
- Tutti Frutti -30 gm
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add wheat flour
- Step 2 Add baking powder
- Step 3 Add sugar
- Step 4 Add clarified butter (ghee) mix everything to get a breadcrumb-like texture
- Step 5 Add tutti fruity
- Step 6 Add milk to mix the dough.
- Step 7 Keep the dough in the refrigerator covered with a cling wrap for 30 minutes.
- Step 8 After 30 minutes take the dough out of the refrigerator.
- Step 9 Roll the dough into a sheet of thickness ¼ inch.
- Step 10 Using a cookie cutter, cut rounds, or any preferred shapes.
- Step 11 Place the cookies on the greased plate.
- Step 12 Meanwhile, preheat the idli cooker with salt as a base.
- Step 13 Now place the stand, loaded with cookies in an Idli cooker and cover with a lid.
- Step 14 Let it bake for 25-30 minutes on a medium to low flame.
- Step 15 When edges turn golden, turn off the flame and keep the cookies on a wired rack to cool down.
- Step 16 The healthy, delicious Cookies are ready.
