Jeera biscuit in 20 mins without oven | Jeera biscuit recipe eggless preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. Who doesn’t like Biscuits? Cumin cookies or jeera/zeera biscuits are crispy and just melts in one’s mouth. It’s an ideal biscuit for your tea time. It has a little sweet and a little salty. Yeah! so yummy too !! I have made these biscuits using media & gram flour. Very soon I am gonna post the wheat version of this recipe. Good things are that it doesn’t require an oven to bake the biscuits. I bet this jeera biscuit tastes better than the store-bought ones and easy to make it. Try these out and I assure you that you won’t be disappointed. Based on the cooking time, biscuits stay in the softer/harder side. The longer cooking time would make a little hard and crisp.
