Almonds and pistachios are sprinkled on top of the falooda. Royal Falooda is very smooth, creamy and crunchy. In Summer, this would be the most refreshing drink at noon time. Sabja seeds contain high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids which could help to reduce the weight. In the Indian subcontinent, sabja seeds are used to reduce the body heat.

Ingredients
- Milk -4 cups
- Sugar -2 tbsp
- Falooda sev (vermicelli)- 1/2 cup
- Rooz Afza (Rose Syrup)- 1/4 th cup
- Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp
- Nuts chopped (almonds and pista) -1 tbsp
- Vanilla Icecream -1 scoop
- Weikfield Jelly Crystals pack-1
Directions
- Step 1 Preparing Sabja Seed
- Step 2 Take a bowl and add the cleaned sabja seed.
- Step 3 Add water and mix it well
- Step 4 Soak it for 30 minutes. Sabja seeds will turn into transparent jelly.
- Step 5 Making of Jelly
- Step 6 Take a bowl and add Premix sachet from the Weikfield Jelly Crystals pack.
- Step 7 Boils 3 standard tea cups (500 ml) water in a vessel. Allow it to cool for 1 minute.
- Step 8 Pour the hot water into the bowl containing the Weikfield Jelly Crystals and Premix.
- Step 9 Stir until completely dissolved
- Step 10 The jelly sets at room temperature in 45 minutes. Refrigerate before serving for improved taste.
- Step 11 Making of Falooda Sev: (Vermicelli)
- Step 12 Take a bowl and boil the water.
- Step 13 Add Falooda Sev(Vermicelli) and let it cook for 3mins.
- Step 14 Strain the cooked Falooda Sev. Pour the chilled water and strain again. Keep it aside.
- Step 15 Preparing Milk
- Step 16 Take a bowl and boil the milk.
- Step 17 Add sugar and mix it well until sugar gets dissolved
- Step 18 Switch off the flame and set aside for cool.
- Step 19 Transfer the milk into a jug and refrigerate it. Keep the glass in the refrigerator in which you are going to serve falooda.
- Step 20 Making Falooda
- Step 21 Take the chilled glass out from the refrigerator and add Rooz Afza (Rose Syrup)
- Step 22 Add chopped jelly.
- Step 23 Add 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds.
- Step 24 Add 2 tbsp of cooked falooda sev(vermicelli).
- Step 25 Pour one cup of chilled milk.
- Step 26 Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Step 27 Drizzle 1tbsp of rooh afza
- Step 28 Garnish with chopped nuts.

9. Garnish with chopped nuts.
Enjoy the chilled Royal Falooda at home (Rose Falooda). You must serve it immediately.
