Ingredients
- Vermicelli - 100g
- Desiccated Coconut -¼ cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Condensed milk - ½ tin
- Cashews - 5 chopped
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan add ghee
- Step 2 Add crushed vermicelli and roast it well until turns golden brown
- Step 3 Add desiccated coconut and roast it well
- Step 4 Add chopped cashew and saute it well
- Step 5 Add condensed milk and mix it well
- Step 6 Cool it for 5 minutes
- Step 7 Take a small portion of the mix and make it in desired shape.
- Step 8 Lovely innovative Vermicelli Bites is ready to serve.
