Ingredients
- Mushroom - 2 cups
- Onion -1 chopped
- Tomato puree -½ cup
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick (Pattai/Dalchini) -½ inch
- Coriander leaves-1 tbsp
- Bay leaf(tej patta)-1
- Star Anise (Anisipu/Chakkar phool) -1
- Kapok Buds(marathi moggu) -1
- Jeera - 1tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder -1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder -½ tsp
- Fennel(Sombu/Saunf) - 1 tsp
- Cashews - 5
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixer jar and add Fennel(Sombu/Saunf)
- Step 2 Add grated coconut
- Step 3 Add Cashews
- Step 4 Add water
- Step 5 Grind it into a smooth paste and keep it aside
- Step 6 Take a pan and add oil
- Step 7 Add Bay leaf(tej patta)
- Step 8 Add Star Anise (Anisipu/Chakkar phool)
- Step 9 Add Cinnamon stick (Pattai/Dalchini)
- Step 10 Add jeera
- Step 11 Add green chilli and saute it well
- Step 12 Add chopped onion and saute it well
- Step 13 Add ginger garlic paste and saute it well
- Step 14 Add tomato puree and saute it well until raw smells leaves
- Step 15 Add red chilli powder
- Step 16 Add coriander powder
- Step 17 Add garam masala powder
- Step 18 Add turmeric powder
- Step 19 Add salt and saute it well
- Step 20 Add sliced mushroom and mix it well
- Step 21 Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes
- Step 22 Onces its done remove the lid and mix it well
- Step 23 Add coconut paste and mix it well
- Step 24 Add water and cook it for 2 minutes
- Step 25 Add coriander leaves and mix it well
- Step 26 Serve it along with hot chapati.

20. Add sliced mushroom and mix it well
21. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes. Once it’s done remove the lid and mix it well
22. Add coconut paste and mix it well
23. Add water and cook it for 2 minutes
24. Add coriander leaves and mix it well
25. Serve it along with hot chapati.
