Sugar-Free - Coconut Cardamom Energy Bites (CceB)preparation with step by step photos and a quick video

Ingredients
  • Cashews -½ cup
  • Quick oats - 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut powder, dried -1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Dates - 10
  • Honey - 2 tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a mixer jar and add Cashews
  • Step 2 Pulse it slightly broken/crushed and transfer to a large bowl.Keep it aside
  • Step 3 Add desiccated coconut in the same mixer jar.
  • Step 4 Add quick oats
  • Step 5 Add cardamom powder
  • Step 6 Add dates
  • Step 7 Add honey and pulse it to combine everything together .
  • Step 8 Transfer it to the bowl with crushed cashews. Mix in the cashews with the remaining mixture until well combined.
  • Step 9 Shape the dough into small balls
  • Step 10 Roll the energy bites into dry desiccated coconut powder.
  • Step 11 Keep the energy bites refrigerated.
