Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - ¼ cup
- Desiccated Coconut -1 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Cherries - 3
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Step 2 Take a bowl and add desiccated coconut
- Step 3 Add condensed milk
- Step 4 Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
- Step 5 Take small portions of it and roll it into a ball.
- Step 6 Flatten it and place a cherry half in the center and press it gently.
- Step 7 Arrange it in the baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 mins till golden.
- Step 8 Pull out the baking tray and let the macaroons to cool down.
- Step 9 Store coconut macaroons in an airtight container.
