Hot Fudge chocolate pudding along with vanilla ice creams made this evening very special.

Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake| Hot Chocolate Pudding preparation with step by step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (or plain flour) -1 cup
- White granulated sugar -¼ th cup
- Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Baking soda-½ tsp
- Salt -½ tsp
- Milk -½ cup
- Oil-¼ th cup
- Chocolate chips- ¼ th cup
- Fudge Sauce
- White granulated sugar- ¾ cup
- Cocoa powder -4 tbsp
- Hot water - 1½ cup
- Fresh cream or ice cream
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan. Pre-boil water in a kettle while preparing the cake.
- Step 2 Take a baking pan and add Maida ( plain flour / all-purpose flour)
- Step 3 Add unsweetened cocoa powder
- Step 4 Add salt
- Step 5 Add baking powder
- Step 6 add baking soda
- Step 7 Add white granulated sugar and mix it well
- Step 8 Add oil
- Step 9 Add milk and whisk it until smooth and lump-free. Spread the batter evenly
- Step 10 Add Chocolate chips
- Step 11 For the sauce
- Step 12 Add hot water
- Step 13 Add Cocoa powder
- Step 14 Add white granulated sugar and mix it well until sugar dissolve
- Step 15 Slowly pour the fudge sauce on the batter (which is on the baking pan).
- Step 16 Bake 15 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven. Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes.
- Step 17 Serve the Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding cake with ice cream or whipped cream, and spoon fudge sauce from the bottom of the pan over top of each serving of cake.

15. Serve the Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding cake with ice cream or whipped cream, and spoon fudge sauce from the bottom of the pan over top of each serving of cake.
