Quick Tomato Rice | Thakkali Sadam | Tomato Variety Rice preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. Tomato rice is a very common variety of rice recipe in south India. At many homes, Mom’s will make this one-pot recipe in no time. I have added green chilies for spice and no other masalas have been added. I prefer to make it with a very light spice. So that kids too can enjoy this one-pot recipe.
