Sooji gulab jamun | Rava gulab jamun | Suji ka gulab jamun preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. Typical Gulab jamun is made from maida with milk powder and khoya. Is it possible to make gulab jamun using suji/Rava? Yes. You can. I would recommend making semolina gulab jamun with fine Rava. Suji/ Rava is very economical and easily available in most of the places. Try to make medium size balls to fry the Jamun properly. While frying, keep the flame in low/medium to ensure balls are evenly fried. I personally felt that the suji gulab jamun recipe tastes even better when you add milk powder and khoya to it. But I will leave it to you to decide.
