Palak paneer recipe | Restaurant style palak paneer preparation with step by step photos and a quick video. Palak panner is made from spinach puree which brings healthy green color. I am a big fan of Punjabi cuisine and this recipe is just a reflection of that. Fresh cream is added to cut down on the bitterness of the spinach leaves and also make it rich. Paneer( soft cottage cheese cubes) is rightly cooked with spinach and spices in this creamy and flavorful curry. If you overcook panner, it will become hard. Palak panner well with butter naan, paratha, pulka, or jeera rice.
Palak paneer can be made for vegan by substituting paneer with “tofu” and use “cashew cream” instead of fresh cream.
