Ingredients
  • Cauliflower -1 medium
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder -½ tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Green chili - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Oil - to deep fry
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a large bowl and add florets gobi
  • Step 2 Add salt
  • Step 3 Add three cups of hot water and mix it well
  • Step 4 Allow to blanch for 5 minutes and drain off the water and keep it aside
  • Step 5 Take a mixing bowl and add cornflour
  • Step 6 Add rice flour
  • Step 7 Add salt
  • Step 8 Add ginger garlic paste
  • Step 9 Add chili powder
  • Step 10 Add garam masala
  • Step 11 Add water and mix it well
  • Step 12 Add few curry leaves
  • Step 13 Add chopped greenchili and mix it well
  • Step 14 Add blanched gobi and mix it well until coating batter uniformly
  • Step 15 Drop the masala coated gobi one by one into the medium hot oil.
  • Step 16 Stir continuously and fry 5 to 8 minutes until turns golden and crisp.
  • Step 17 Drain off the gobi over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  • Step 18 Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy gobi 65

1.  Take a large bowl and add florets gobi
