Mango falooda is a deliciously refreshing drink. It’s made by chopped mango pieces, mango puree, sabja seeds, fruit jelly, rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, milk, ice cream and nuts. Ingredients
- Milk -4 cups
- Sugar -2 tbsp
- Falooda sev (vermicelli)- 1/2 cup
- Rooz Afza (Rose Syrup)- 1/4 th cup
- Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp
- Nuts chopped (almonds and pista) -1 tbsp
- Vanilla Icecream -1 scoop
- Mango Pulp -½ cup
- Mango Pieces -3 tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Preparing Sabja Seed
- Step 2 Take a bowl and add the cleaned sabja seed.
- Step 3 Add water and mix it well
- Step 4 Soak it for 30 minutes. Sabja seeds will turn into transparent jelly.
- Step 5 Making of Falooda Sev: (Vermicelli)
- Step 6 Take a bowl and boil the water. Add Falooda Sev(Vermicelli) and let it cook for 3mins.
- Step 7 Strain the cooked Falooda Sev. Pour the chilled water and strain again. Keep it aside.
- Step 8 Preparing Milk
- Step 9 Take a bowl and boil the milk.
- Step 10 Add sugar and mix it well until sugar gets dissolved
- Step 11 Switch off the flame and set aside for cool.
- Step 12 Transfer the milk into a jug and refrigerate it. Keep the glass in the refrigerator in which you are going to serve falooda.
- Step 13 Making Falooda
- Step 14 Take the chilled glass out from the refrigerator and add Rooz Afza (Rose Syrup)
- Step 15 Add chopped jelly.
- Step 16 Add soaked sabja seeds.
- Step 17 Add Mango Pieces
- Step 18 Add Mango Pulp
- Step 19 Pour one cup of chilled milk.
- Step 20 Add 2 tbsp of cooked falooda sev(vermicelli).
- Step 21 Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Step 22 Drizzle 1tbsp of rooh afza
- Step 23 Garnish with chopped Mango Pieces and nuts.

Preparing Sabja Seed:
1. Take a bowl and add the cleaned sabja seed.
2. Add water and mix it well
3. Soak it for 30 minutes. Sabja seeds will turn into transparent jelly.
Making of Falooda Sev: (Vermicelli):
1. Take a bowl and boil the water. Add Falooda Sev(Vermicelli) and let it cook for 3mins.
2. Strain the cooked Falooda Sev. Pour the chilled water and strain again. Keep it aside.

2. Add sugar and mix it well until sugar gets dissolved
3. Switch off the flame and set aside for cool. Transfer the milk into a jug and refrigerate it. Keep the glass in the refrigerator in which you are going to serve falooda.
Making Mango Falooda:
1. Take the chilled glass out from the refrigerator and add Rooz Afza (Rose Syrup)
2. Add chopped jelly.
3. Add soaked sabja seeds.
4. Add Mango Pieces
5. Add Mango Pulp
6. Pour one cup of chilled milk.
7. Add 2 tbsp of cooked falooda sev(vermicelli).
8. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
9. Drizzle 1tbsp of rooh afza(Rose Syrup)
10. Garnish with chopped Mango Pieces and nuts.
