Ingredients
- Maida ( plain flour / all-purpose flour) -1cup
- Cocoa powder - ½ cup
- Baking soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - ½ cup
- Brown sugar - ½ cup
- White sugar - ½ cup
- Egg-1
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- White chocolate chip-1 cup
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and add butter
- Step 2 Add brown sugar
- Step 3 Add white sugar and whisk well until creamy.
- Step 4 Add an egg and mix it well
- Step 5 Add salt
- Step 6 Add baking soda
- Step 7 Add cocoa powder
- Step 8 Add maida and mix it well
- Step 9 Add chocolate chip
- Step 10 Add vanilla extract to it and fold it gently, do not over mix.
- Step 11 Keep the dough in the refrigerator covered with a cling wrap for 1 hour.
- Step 12 Take a small ball sized dough
- Step 13 Line parchment paper over a cookie tray, place the dough on it.
- Step 14 Sprinkle little white chocolate chip on top
- Step 15 Bake the cookies at 180-degree Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 -12 minutes.
- Step 16 Let it cool down completely.
- Step 17 Store the cookies in an airtight container and it can last for a week.
