Mushroom egg bhurji | Healthy Mini bytes | Mushroom egg recipe preparation with step by step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Mushroom - 1 cup
- Egg -2
- Onion -1,chopped
- Capsicum - ½ cup,chopped
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
- Jeera powder -½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Oil-2 tbsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a chopper and add cleaned mushroom and chop it well. Keep it aside
- Step 2 Take a pan and add oil
- Step 3 Add finely chopped onion and saute it well until they cooked well
- Step 4 Add ginger garlic paste and saute it well for few minutes until raw smell leaves
- Step 5 Add chopped capsicum and saute it well
- Step 6 Add red chili powder
- Step 7 Add coriander powder
- Step 8 Add cumin powder
- Step 9 Add garam masala powder
- Step 10 Add turmeric powder
- Step 11 add salt to taste and saute for few more minutes
- Step 12 Add chopped button mushroom and saute it well until masala blend with mushroom
- Step 13 Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes
- Step 14 Once the mushrooms are cooked completely, add egg and mix it well
- Step 15 Scramble the eggs well and add salt to taste
- Step 16 Add pepper powder and mix it well
- Step 17 Add coriander leaves and mix it well
- Step 18 Serve with Roti or steamed Rice

16. Add pepper powder and mix it well
17. Add coriander leaves and mix it well
18. Serve with Roti or steamed Rice
