No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Parle-G-200g
- Butter-¼ cup,melted
- For the filling:
- Full fat Cream cheese- 2 cups (450g) room temperature
- Powdered sugar-½ cup
- Dark chocolate-250g
- Heavy cream -1 cup (240ml)
- Vanilla extract- 1tbsp
- For the ganache:
- Dark chocolate-140g
- Heavy cream-½ cup
Directions
- Step 1 Line a 8 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Step 2 Take a mixer jar and add parle g biscuit and blend the biscuit into fine crumbs.
- Step 3 In a large bowl, stir together biscuit crumbs, melted butter, until combined and evenly moist.
- Step 4 Transfer to the prepared pan and press tightly and evenly to the base.
- Step 5 Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Step 6 Chop the chocolate, melt it in the microwave in 30-second pulses or over a double boiler.
- Step 7 In a large bowl beat cream cheese
- Step 8 add powdered sugar
- Step 9 Add vanilla extract beat until smooth
- Step 10 add melted chocolate beat until combined and smooth.
- Step 11 In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks.
- Step 12 Then pour it into the chocolate cream cheese mixture and gently fold using a spatula until everything is well combined.
- Step 13 Pour into the base and spread evenly.
- Step 14 Chill in the fridge overnight or until fully set.
- Step 15 Take the chopped chocolate
- Step 16 Take a hot heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate.
- Step 17 Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Step 18 Pour over the cheesecake.
- Step 19 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Step 20 Before removing the springform pan, slide a butter knife around the edge of the pan first. Slide the pan off and slice and serve. ENJOY.
