Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream | Just 4 steps | Eggless Ice Cream preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Strawberries -1½ cups
- Chilled whipping cream-1 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
- Chopped strawberries- 4 to 5 tbsp
- Strawberry Essence - few drops
Directions
- Step 1 Take a mixer jar and add chopped strawberry
- Step 2 Add condensed milk and blend smooth paste. Keep it aside
- Step 3 Take a chilled bowl and add chilled whipping cream and whip to stiff peaks.
- Step 4 Add strawberry puree
- Step 5 Add strawberry essence and mix it well until incorporated.
- Step 6 Transfer to the freezer-safe bowl
- Step 7 Allow to set 6 hours or overnight
- Step 8 Scoop and serve strawberry ice cream
