Ingredients
- Semolina (rava or sooji)-1 cup
- Bananas -3,chopped
- Almonds -10,sliced
- Cashewnuts - 10,chopped
- Raisins-2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder-¼ tsp
- Ghee -4 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Milk-2 cups
Directions
- Step 1 Take a pan and add ghee
- Step 2 Add cashew
- Step 3 Add almonds
- Step 4 Add raisins and roast it well. Remove from the flame and keep them aside.
- Step 5 Add some more ghee
- Step 6 Add Rava and fry it well
- Step 7 Add sliced banana and mix it well
- Step 8 Add milk and mix it well. Cook until the milk is absorbed.
- Step 9 When the milk is fully absorbed, add the sugar and, cardamom powder and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Step 10 Add roasted nuts and mix it well
