Chicken Kabsa preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video. Kabsa. Have u heard kabsa before? This is one of the famous Arab dishes. It originates from Yemen and it’s the national dish in Arabian countries. I have recently visited one of the famous Malls in Bangalore – the newly inaugurated LULU hypermarket mall. I had found ready-made mixed kabsa ingredients in one packet. So I thought of giving try and sharing my experience here. Kabsa rice is different from other biriyani rice types like seeraga-samba, bullet, and basmati rice. It’s completely different from regular biryani flavor and worth trying for once.
