Wanna make quick breakfast? One-Pan recipes would be very handy to make breakfast in a few minutes. In this one-pan recipe, our main ingredients are Bread & Egg which is the ultimate combination. In this dish, I have used capsicum & cheese which adds more flavour to it. Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat bread - 4 slices
- Egg - 2
- Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Green Capsicum - 1/4 th cup
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Cheese - 1 cube.
Directions
- Step 1 Take a fresh whole wheat bread.
- Step 2 Cut the bread slices into cubes and keep it aside.
- Step 3 Take a bowl and break the eggs in it.
- Step 4 Beat the egg until frothy.
- Step 5 Add chopped onions
- Step 6 Add green capsicums
- Step 7 Add Pepper powder
- Step 8 Add salt to taste and mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Step 9 Take a pan and spread the butter.
- Step 10 Add egg mixture and spread it evenly.
- Step 11 Grate the cheese on the egg mixture.
- Step 12 Stuff the bread cubes on the egg mixture and Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 13 Flip over using a plate and let it become crispy.
- Step 14 Serve it along with a hot cup of tea.
