Strawberry Sago Drinks | Summer Drinks Recipe | Iftar Drinks preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video. Strawberry tapioca is one of my favorite drinks to enjoy during the summer. I have started preparing my favorite Strawberry tapioca recipes at home and it’s fabulous! This drink is best for breakfast (Iftar) during Ramadan since reduces your risk of dehydration. I have used homemade jelly and fresh strawberries to make a delicious drink. You could also use mango or watermelon based on your choice. Ensure that sabudana cooked perfectly with a jelly texture. To prepare rose milk, I have used rose milk essence. As an alternative, you could also use rose afza.

Strawberry Sago Drinks | Summer Drinks Recipe | Iftar Drinks preparation with step-by-step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- Jello powder -1 pack (85gm)
- Rose milk essence-½ tsp
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Boiling water -500 ml
- Sabudana/tapioca/ sago -½ cup(cooked)
- Strawberry -½ cup, chopped
Directions
- Step 1 Boil the water and add sabudana.Boil for 10 minutes once it is cooked completely, now rinse with cold water. sabudana pearls are ready. keep aside.
- Step 2 Add 1 pack of the jelly mix and mix it well
- Step 3 Add boiling water and stir continuously until everything is well combined.
- Step 4 Refrigerate for 1 hour or until they set completely.
- Step 5 Cut into the desired shape and jelly is ready to serve.
- Step 6 Take a pan and add milk.
- Step 7 Add sugar and stir and boil until the milk reduces slightly.
- Step 8 Let it cool completely.
- Step 9 Add rose milk essence and mix well.
- Step 10 Rose milk is ready.
- Step 11 Add few ice cubes
- Step 12 Add chopped strawberry
- Step 13 Add cooked sabudana
- Step 14 Add rose milk
- Step 15 Add jelly and mix it well
