In previous posts, we have seen how to prepare dough and pizza sauce. Once you have prepared dough and sauce, you are good to start making yummy pizzas. These recipe ingredients are almost the same as domino’s veg farmhouse. Since it’s our own homemade pizza, you can make any toppings as you like and adjust the spice according to your need. Homemade Delicious Veg Pizza | Domino's Style Veg FarmHouse Pizza
Homemade Delicious Veg Pizza | Domino's Style Veg FarmHouse Pizza preparation with step by step photos and a quick video.
Ingredients
- For Pizza Dough
- Warm water -½ cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Instant dry yeast - 1½ tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Maida (all Purpose Flour) -2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- For Toppings
- Pizza sauce -3 tbsp
- Mushrooms - 5 thinly sliced
- Onion- 1, roughly chopped
- Capsicum -¼ cup (Red& Green)oughly chopped
- Corn - 2 tbsp, boiled
- Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup, grated
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Directions
- Step 1 Take a bowl and add warm water(If the water is too warm, it will kill the yeast and it won’t proof)
- Step 2 Add sugar and mix it well
- Step 3 Add the dry yeast and mix it well. Set aside for 5 min or till it foams up.
- Step 4 Add flour
- Step 5 Add salt and make a soft dough
- Step 6 add oil and knead well for 5 minutes
- Step 7 Tuck the dough and form to a ball. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 8 Apply oil all over the bowl generously.
- Step 9 Cover it with a cling wrap and set aside in a warm place until it doubles in size( for about 1 hour).
- Step 10 When it doubles, knock out the air and knead the dough for 5 mins
- Step 11 Divide the dough and tuck to make a ball .
- Step 12 Add the dough into the dusted surface and roll the desired shape.
- Step 13 Place the dough on dusted pizza plate or tray
- Step 14 Flatten the dough by stretching with hand.
- Step 15 Leaving a cm or more to create a dent.
- Step 16 Prick the dough with the help of fork
- Step 17 Now the base is ready to use for your yummies.
- Step 18 Add pizza sauce and spread generously leaving the sides slightly.
- Step 19 Add grated cheese
- Step 20 Add onion
- Step 21 Add green capsicum
- Step 22 Add red capsicum
- Step 23 Add mushroom
- Step 24 Add boiled corn
- Step 25 Add grated cheese
- Step 26 Add chili flakes
- Step 27 Add mixed herbs
- Step 28 Bake at 200-degree Celsius or 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
- Step 29 Slice it and serve pizza hot. I hope you will make it again and again for sure.
